MG T Type
The MG T Types were all pre-war designs that were resurrected after the war as no new designs were available. Very popular with American servicemen who took them home after the war where the cars gained a strong following in the USA. The MG TD followed the prewar TC with more modern styling and suspension and was eventually replaced by the MG TF which was a particularly pretty car but was out of date before entering production. The MGA could not arrive soon enough to replace the T Types. However the T Types are now a great classic car to own and can be a lot of fun to drive. Simple to maintain and easy to drive.
